PROJECT INFORMATION

TCUA-Custom Workflow Design of DML with Signoff and Validation-The objective of this project is to create APL DML based on Project and Plant location from ERC DML after ERC DML is release. Various validations (related to BOM, Make Buy, and Store-location etc.) implemented during APL DML signoff as per TATA Motors Business Process.

Responsibilities:

Gathering requirements of development DML workflow process.

Migration- TCE to TCUA Data Migration - The purpose of the targeted project is to migrate complete data of APLDML, APL DML Task, and Parts from TCE to TCUA. Migration activity include onetime data migration as well as incremental data. We are considering only that APL DML which are released by APL and using the downloader code (TCE Client Code) we are dumping the data in different files and using the ITK uploader we are reading the files and creating and updating the data on APL DML, APL DML Task and Part. Also creating relation between APL DML, APL DML Task and Part. After this, we are creating the BOM and add pdf file for only those parts whose owner is APL.

We have used ProC connection to connect SAP from TCE to fetch required PO Information and provide report of multilevel BOM explosion of any vehicle/VC/TPL in addition with SAP information PO, vendor, transaction and material cost. Based on SAP information provide additional unique report of actionable parts/Items having no PO and transaction within 3 months so that APL agency take action of those parts.
