Organize and conduct daily meeting with the team – To share information on store performance and plan activities for the day.
Analyze on a regular basis on the Store performance parameters like – Top Line sales, No. of bills generate, average ticket size, Stock turns and Inventory turnover etc.
Discuss the importance of these parameters with the team on regular basis and make / recommend appropriate decisions.
Maintain statistics relating to customer profiling and advise merchandiser accordingly to improve the product width, range, & sizing.
Recommend / implement changes in the floor layout as necessary to increase the visual appeal, convenience, and sales in the store.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Build relationships with customers
Ensure that the Customer queries and complaints are resolved immediately
Recommend and implement privilege card for the customers.
Discuss / highlight customer feedback with Brand Manager / Operations manager for appropriate actions.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
Enter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements.
Supervise the replenishment process to avoid and report any over stock along with the suggested corrective action.
Prepare for the inventory.
MERCHANDISING
Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display, lighting and stock rotation
Implement all merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
Conduct daily walk through to check presentation standards.
