SENIOR STORE KEEPER NATIONAL FOOD PRODUCTS COMPANY. September-2016-Present Being a Senior Position having multi-cultural experience of professionally handling Warehousing / Inventory both Raw Material & Finish Goods.

Currently successfully supervised & Implement new automation system (Replica) at NFPC Mega Plant - Kizad Abudhabi from August 2019 -Present.

Responsible for the warehouse management of Raw Material / Finish goods through(Replica- Newly system)

Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labeling, stocking and organizing stock items on respective location (Freezer, Chiller, Dry Store and Packaging Location).

Track damage, discrepancy, quality, value etc, before conclude documents by reference in PR & PO.

All documents/records/SRV’s, SIV’s, IT’s, IM and so on, are to be updated in system and forwarded the details to concerned accounts for matching and close the batch on time to keep the Inventory accuracy

Prepare PR/PO, DN for relevant supplier and taking necessary approval by Management and submit to procurement along with delivery schedule. Coordinate / feedback with supplier.

Daily monitoring of physical stock of raw, packing, maintenance item as per provided weekly production schedule.

Maintain FIFO, preparation of non-moving, slow moving and dead inventories and co-ordination with concern persons.

Maintain Temperature, Store environment, preservation, hygiene…etc., Plans, organizes, and implements inventory operations and procedures; supervises Physical Inventory Count. Provides proper accounting for quarterly/year-end-adjustment to General Ledger. Maintains Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) files in an up-to-date status, and Distributes individual sheets on an as-needed basis.

Lead daily departmental meetings, brief stocks position in existing / up-coming materials and advised to produce, against any changing/shuffling in production schedule as per marketing request.

Spends approximately 75% of the time in the warehouse with associates, building relationships, coaching, teaching, developing and providing performance feedback. Responsible for creating and supporting a positive work environment by observing and coaching employees on proper job-related behaviors and providing timely feedback on necessary action plans.
