Job Profile in Black Tiger cement:

Chemical Analysis of Raw Materials like Limestone, Clay, Laterite, Fly Ash, Slag, Clinker and Cement as per IS 4032 methods.

Coal Testing by Lecco Bomb Calorimeter and Parr 6100 Bomb calorimeter its Calibration with Benzoic Acid.

Alkali Testing by Flame Photometer.

Knowledge of XRF Thermos Scientific ARL 9900 Operation.

Preparation and Standardization of Solutions related to Chemical Analysis.

Knowledge of Pyretic Sulphur testing.

Experience:

Completed apprenticeship training from 15th Nov. 2014 in QC. Department at M/S JUD CEMENT Ltd.

Worked as a Jr. Chemist in M/S JUD CEMENTLtd., Jaintiya Hills Meghalaya to 2016.

Worked as a jr. Chemist in M/s. Star Cement. Ltd. It is Modern Dry Process Five Stage Preheater Plant with installed Capacity is 10,000 Clinker TPD capacity plant Lumsnogh, East Jaintiya Hill, Meghalaya, from 27 September 2016 to 21 January 2019

At Present I am working in Gold Stone Cement Ltd Meghalaya as a Chemist (QC) Since 22 January 2019.

GOLD STONE CEMENT LTD:

It is a dry process plant produces cement having brand name as “BLACK TIGER ”, formally known as (GSCL). Black Tiger Cement It is Modern Dry Process Five Stage Preheater Plant with installed Capacity is 2,000 Clinker TPD capacity plant. GOLD STONE CEMENT LTD. is a fully automated plant having Control & automation designed by FLS, it is locating in village Khelarihaat, jaintiya hills, Meghalaya.
