To Whom It May Concern:
First and foremost, I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Ashley Brauer, and I am a board certified and licensed graduate from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program at Central Michigan University.
I feel that I would be an excellent candidate that would be a positive asset to your team. I am very goal orientated, extremely organized, and committed to doing the best job possible. I am optimistic, determined, self-motivated as well as a dependable person. I am a vibrant people person who works extremely well with others. I have a very out-going and energetic personality, and love to meet new people. I have extremely high rates of acceptance with patients and am very adaptable with walking into any situation. I love the challenge and excitement of new situations and I accept diversity in all people making me a blending member of any team, bringing strong and positive leadership qualities as well.
I have many of the skills that would benefit your company. I have a clinical background that includes managing outpatient ortho and neuro specialties, as well as inpatient/subacute as well as LTAC settings as the Director of Rehabilitation. With this skill set, I have been fortunate enough to treat a plethora of diagnoses and understand both the clinical aspect of a case, but also the insurance side of the case. I understand the need for a collaborative team effort to ensure optimal care for patients from the minute they are injured or in pain, to the moment they are discharged from all services. I understand many aspects of insurances, including PDPM and have worked extensively with MDS coordinators, and billing departments to understand the challenges, they face as well. Again, from both the patient and companies side. I thoroughly enjoy advocating for patients and their families, while trying to ensure that optimal care is being provided in the most cost-effective way. I enjoy learning new skill sets and especially love working within a team that allows us to be extremely successful while benefiting the company’s bottom line.
I am willing to be flexible with my schedule as far as working a variety of days/hours. I am fully prepared and capable of upholding the reputation and ethical standards of your company, as well as abide by all policies and procedures that are expected of your employees as well. I would be honored to work with such an outstanding staff and company that has the same core beliefs and values as myself. I have a strong desire to become part of such an innovated Health Care system that provides compassion and trust to all patients, and integrity and leadership to its communities. That is what I strive to do daily, and would love to get behind a company who truly believes in this.
My resume is enclosed for your information, as well as a detailed outline of my experiences in both clinical and management roles. I sincerely hope that you will consider me as a candidate for your company, as I truly feel that I would be an asset. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
