I understand the need for a collaborative team effort to ensure optimal care for patients from the minute they are injured or in pain, to the moment they are discharged from all services. I understand many aspects of insurances, including PDPM and have worked extensively with MDS coordinators, and billing departments to understand the challenges, they face as well. Again, from both the patient and companies side. I thoroughly enjoy advocating for patients and their families, while trying to ensure that optimal care is being provided in the most cost-effective way. I enjoy learning new skill sets and especially love working within a team that allows us to be extremely successful while benefiting the company’s bottom line.

I am willing to be flexible with my schedule as far as working a variety of days/hours. I am fully prepared and capable of upholding the reputation and ethical standards of your company, as well as abide by all policies and procedures that are expected of your employees as well. I would be honored to work with such an outstanding staff and company that has the same core beliefs and values as myself. That is what I strive to do daily, and would love to get behind a company who truly believes in this.

My resume is enclosed for your information, as well as a detailed outline of my experiences in both clinical and management roles. I sincerely hope that you will consider me as a candidate for your company, as I truly feel that I would be an asset. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
