I hold a BS in chemical engineering and over twenty years of experience in progressive roles as an independent contributor and leader of high-performing teams at both independent sites as well as corporate headquarters.

I have spent the past decade focused in process improvement and executing LEAN transformations. I have been self-employed the past four years as Principal Consultant for my own business, French BPO, Business Process Optimization. I am a master in all LEAN tools including value stream maps, standard work, metric boards, and managing for daily improvement. I specialize in coaching C-level executives to communicate effectively to create a culture that enables change for the better. I have trained and mentored usage of the Hoshin Kanri methodology of strategy planning and deployment at multiple sites over successive years.

I am approachable, inquisitive, and collaborative. I have learned when to push and when to yield, in order to meet people where they are. I listen and explain to effectively influence. I pride myself on respect and teamwork. I believe that the best outcomes derive from diversity and inclusion across levels.

I hold certifications as a CSSBB (certified six-sigma blackbelt), PMP (project management professional) and CSCP (certified supply chain professional). Thus, I am experienced across the entire horizontal flow of work. I have identified, managed, and replicated projects impacting safety, quality, delivery, and cost. I am a seasoned problem solver and thrive when able to break complex issues down to simple, sequenced solutions that compound to return significant gains in efficiency across the extended value stream.
