Operation:

Logistics:
Vendor finalization with cost analysis (Fleet management)
Prepare STN (Stock Transfer Note) – Transfer In & Out(In ships, Out ships) from
warehouse to dispatch area and vise verse.
Controlling inventory to avoid excess or stock out position prepare stock report in system
as per the daily, monthly & yearly basis.
Generating vendor wise sale report and make stock movement report in system.
Coordinate between operation and vendor making for daily sale and stock report
Tally between Physical stock and SAP stock in daily basis.
Making system generated barcode (sticker printing) for new product whatever comes at
warehouse.
Identify non-moving stock across the chain, transfer them to where they are selling and/or
return them and identify the mismatch between physical stock & system stock through
physical stock audit.
Maintaining MIS report through SAP/Retail PRO system.
WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION OPERATION: -
Inbound Operation Goods or Raw materials receive from various sources. Unloading plan,
Goods inspection, claims for damage, audit & consolidate with their volume and size.
Inventory Operation Maintaining FIFO, Daily stock audit, Cycle count, Replenishment,
Maintaining stock supply accuracy for better supply.
Order Process & Customer Care Liaison with customer for order maintain customer
Balance for order MIS report for customer review, previous order analysis.
Outbound & Dispatch report, Create Invoice, and generate waybill, consignment track and
POD update through system.
Maintain SOP inventory segment. Warehouse safety, space management and taking care of
local purchase.
KEY ACCOUNTS & CUSTOMER COORDINATION:-
Monthly meeting with clients for sale support
Prepare MIS for client.
Support to client for better vendor management.
