Supports Vice President of Central Operation. Daily duties include but are not limited to, managing the calendar, email, complete expense reports, books travel, books meetings. Takes minutes at weekly staff meeting. For the last year I have supported two Vice Presidents.

I also Support Communications, Execution, and Business as Usual and Fresh Operations Teams as the Technical Coordinator, booking rooms, and coordinating meetings and completes a part of the onboarding process for all new associates.

Research month P & L with explanations for any expenses that was charged to the department, also responsible to journal any items that was in error.

Involved with monthly inventories for the Sign Shop.
