Diploma in mechanical engineering- 2008 Nov passed out

SSLC- 2003 passed out

Operating System: MS-WORD,AUTOCAD.

Work Experience:

working as a junior engineer for production department inTAFE EPD from 2009 march to 2016 january.now Currently working as a Senior Engineer or supervisor for Production Department in PREMIER PLASMOTECH PVT LTD Company from 2016 to till date

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibility of line production, daily planning of raw materials, planning programs for every machine in the plant.

Attending the Quality related issues, trouble shooting and programming of new process parameters by conducting trials.

Carry out preventive maintenance of each machine daily.

1.Executive production plan by managing support functions like tooroom,engineering Mainatenance,& purchase

2.Daily monitoring on OEE improvement,PPM Reduction yield contorle .minimize company cost and quality

3. New product devolpemnt and Document preparation like APQP,PPAP,FMEA control plan

4.Internal auditing activities

5.Gugaues and instruments calibration part and control

6.Custmer complaint handling and CAPA submission

7.SOP prepartion

8.In process inspection and final and inspection controlled by team

9.Stock taking activity and bach and traning .

10.Implement of wold class practice like FMEA,POKAYOKE,APQP,5S,KAIZEN,8D.why why analyassis.cause and effect analyassis etc

11.Prreparation of project plan fits approval from customer

12.Study of customer specifi standards .follow up with customer for feedback /approvel

Also work related designing of jigs and fixtures for our production

13.Maintenance of TS 16949 and ISO 14000 related documents and records in both planning and production departments.

14.Taking initiative in all the stations to prevent the rejections.

15.To work on Numerical Control Injection Molding machines for manufacturer of engineering plastics by programming and to set process parametres

16.Mold maintenance and tooling activity.

17.Increasing the productivity by reducing breakdowns time and also by programming.

18. Having a control over daily shift planning.

19. Avoiding wastage of raw-materials and to maintain 0 PPM target with hourly audit,

line inspection and quality control.

20. In all shift production activities and operator quality assurance.

21. Detailed analysis of quality rejection, breakdowns with CAPA graph to show downward trend.

22. Establishment of production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization of resources (machine, raw-materials and man power).

23.Establishment of safe working procedures for all areas of operations in co-ordination with the safety department and ensure its implementation to keep accident to minimum and reduce down time.
