I have been working in here London since 2001 till now 19 years working in one of the leading big reputed company in UK WHSmith and Mccoll's Retails Ltd.,and I have worked in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam) about 8 Years in different departments in managerial role. I gained valuable knowledge providing tailored financial services and Business development this combination of working has given me both the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to hit the ground. Main purpose of the Job

To drive business growth by leading the Business Development Team to effectively influence customers and increase sales of products and services leading to professional registration.

To define and deliver opportunities for to develop new business to achieve agreed KPI's for sales of products leading to increased professional registrations in the market

Key Task & Responsibilities

Leadership

To provide leadership, day to day management and ongoing development of the Business Development Tea to create and support a highly motivated and high perming team environment.

Business Generation and Support

Develops and implements effective business development/sales plans and support alignment of marketing plans in conjunction with the Head of Business Development.

Generate and develops high level relationship and business leads with industry stakeholders.

Support strategic decision-making via both industry customer and competitor intelligence gathering and analysis.

Identify future requirements of customers, and advise the Regional of the Business Development and profitable end to end skills solutions.

Generates and deliver business growth via effective leadership and management of the BDM team.

Evaluates and priorities business growth visa effective leadership and management of the team.

Evaluates and prioritises business opportunities to maximise business growth through extending the customer care and increasing sales of multiple products.

Allocate specific specialist area or regional tasks to BDM team

Motivates the team, sets, monitors and reports on individual and team targets as agree with the Regional of the business development.

Ensure existing and potential customer client vase needs are met, effectively monitored and account managed.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. To ensure the effective day to day operation of the within agreed budgets and targets.

2. Looking after 27 Branches as an area on a daily basis to support the development of daily, weekly and monthly plan for the branches and its successful implementation.

Worked with Project manager and dealing with Ministry of Defence [MOD] Government projects, BDM International and Booz-Allen Hamilton projects.

> Prepared a proposals for more then 20 Government projects and worked very closely with the Governor of Riyadh HRH Prince Khalid-bin-bander-bin Abdulaz and HRH Mohammed-bin-bander-bin Abdulziz for 5 years when they were my Chairman Of the Board in Riyadh.
