VP Markets Change Execution – Project Manager

Manages key governance activity for large scale technology-driven projects aligned to the Treasury Capital Market Execution Business and EU BMR (EU Benchmark Regulation); ensure strategic technology build of the 28.2 Supplement Protocol.

As one of the lead project managers for the Treasury Workstream for the LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) Transition; scheduled working groups within the team to track/identify project timelines, report status updates, identify progress and resolve obstacles, RAIDS, back to appropriate stakeholders.

Develop and translate “Plan on a Page” project plans to monitor project performance in alignment with market timelines and update milestone achievements/or identify risks and escalate issues for the overall LIBOR program.

Assisted the Liquidity Risk Management (LRM Programme) PMO initiatives. Primary contact for the US BoW (Book of Work) of external/internal regulatory commitments and audit items. Completed and submitted program initiatives required by accountable executives, stakeholders, audit and regulators.
