Coordinate with all site employees & foremen/supervisors to collect daily attendance.

Collecting timesheets with attendance given by site Supervisor/Foremen.

Reviewed timesheets, work charts and timecards for completeness.

Computed total time worked by employees, referring even & odd cards and computer, posted time worked to master file.

Preparing daily direct manpower reports for direct & indirect manpower’s.

Once the master file is ready with attendance hours then submitting to site manager for approval.

Preparing Overtime approval by obtaining HR formats.

Keeping records of all approved hard timesheets/cards properly.

After approval of daily timesheet with OT entering in oracle.

Following company latest timekeeping procedure of WBS.

Entering all attendance hours in oracle with WBS code.
