Responsibilities:

• Chiefly accountable to lead the cost control function of the project including preparing and maintaining accurate schedules, compliant estimates, budgets for the project, maintain project cost and work, fund management & reporting.

• Review and monitor the time schedule and budget for assigned projects, and measure and control project’s budget, performance and costs using Earned Value Management.

• Develop and implement project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) in coordination with the project management and department leads.

• Prepare budget estimate and updates for approval by the client of construction costs; monitor projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved budget estimate.

• Prepare and submit project cash flow forecasts and monthly updates at the completion of each design and tender documentation stage covering consultancy agreements and construction contracts.

• Provide cost advice to the client during project, including cost comparisons reviews of alternative construction solutions.

• Implement policies, guidelines to establish appropriate cost control practices for the company.

• Create Cost Center System as well as productivity report system.
