Title: A Study on Employee welfare with reference to BMR Industries Pvt Ltd, Damavaram, Nellore.

Objective– To understand the employee facilities & benefits provided by company. Satisfaction level of staff working in various departments.

A brief analysis done on 120 employees about their working dept, work timing, training, safety norms, health support, Transportation, over time allowance, other facilities like utilities, group insurance PF & other benefits.

Conclusion: After thorough analysis done on employees in each department, it is found that 85% of employees are satisfied with the company policies and procedures & safety norms. Few recommendations suggest by employee in order to fulfill their facilities.

1.Over time allowance if staff work additional 4 hours after their shift timing

2.Transportation facility for staff coming from 25KM and above distance

3.Insurance cover to family members up to 2.50 lac(Group cover)
