I Edit, correct and process a variety of business tax forms. I use various different computer programs, such as IDRS, EUPP, Dual screens. I search for transcription and other various errors, I follow government guidelines to insure the forms are correct and processed on time.

I managed 7 to 25 Employees in an outbound/Inbound call center. I would make Microsoft Excel/ word reports and documents on a daily basis of activities of the center/ employees / and payroll. I was the top Rep in our phones sales office. Was responsible for making appointments for seven different resorts in 7 different locations. I would call owner referrals, promo’s, retours, and Co-reg leads, I would talk to various people and deal with many different attitudes on a daily basis.
