Job Responsibilities
• Preparation of Schedule for the Project with the coordination of service teams.

b. Structure consists of G+ 2 floors of Residential flats with 2 BHK and 3 BHK Flats with all facilities of UGR, Road works, Trench works, recreational halls, car parking and Retaining wall on the sides of area.
c. Handled Software development block of 5 50 000 Sq. ft with Basement + Ground floor+ Eight floors.
Period of Working : From May 2016 to March 2019.
Job Responsibilities
• Preparation of Project costing sheet and Project Budget for the entire project.
• Estimation of Materials for the Project, Raising purchase request and co- ordination of materials for the project.
• Estimation of Labour bills and processing of labour bills for every fort night.
• Preparation of L4 Schedule monthly as per the site execution activities and follow up with the execution Engineers.

• Preparation of Master construction program for the Project Completion using MS Office Project.

• Management of labour gang for Tile laying and Painting.
• Monitoring of activities like Tile Laying, Paining, Plumbing and Electrical cable laying.
• Monitoring the productivity of labour gang and entering the labour bills in ERP on weekly basis.
