MANAGEMENT

As a leader, I offer wisdom when appropriate and discipline when necessary. My role as a leader encompasses teaching about business matters. I have, at several points, acted as a liaison, making connections with other businesses and industry organizations.

I run the business, review data, weigh opportunities and make entrepreneurial decisions about growth and finance. I was responsible with how to spend and allocate money, whether for purchasing new equipment, making investments in inventory, or deciding to hire and pay additional staff.
