- Process various applications, which are being received from RAKEZ clients, and ensure their accurate handling according to the set procedures and their finalization within.

- Responsible for all aspects of visa operations such as issuing, monitoring, updating and distribution, also preparing and checking all the legal documents to ensure that all the information provided is correct and accurate.

- Handling general online queries, email and calls related to Government Services and all aspect of business category to ensure resolutions and responding act to the customer in a timely manner.
