Project Exposure:

Responsibilities:

Carried out inspections for Static Equipments like Columns Vessels & Drums packages as per ITP.

Raised pro active notifications, Internal L.B.E and NCR for controlling PQR.

Prepared the Final Alignment & Final Inspection Packages for the Static equipment’s for Box up clearance.

Carried out inspection for the pipe lines from Fit up Inspection to Hydro test Inspection.

Completed the preparation of packages and carried out line walk and given clearance to the Hydro test.

Carried out inspection for clearing the punch point for closing the packages.

Daily walk surveillance was carried out at the site for weekly QC meetings.

Clearing the punch points and LBE including with NCR which are raised by the Company PID.

Reviewing IFC drawings, Construction plans and specifications to ensure complete familiarity with their function and the totality of the construction work.

Preparing for the Visual Inspection and Mechanical inspection of piping loops and Interpretation of Radio graphic films for welded joints, and finalize with a crew for defining NDT tests, like a RT, PT,MPT, UT, and Hardness test, Post weld heat treatments and cycle as per code and piping classes.

Co-ordinate with the RCM/Lead Engineer for day to day activities and also combined line check with QC inspector.

Review and evaluate with the Project Manager the progress of vendors and subcontractors.

Reviewing RFC drawings, Construction plans and specifications to ensure complete familiarity with their function and the totality of the construction work.

Project Exposure

•Project 01: Design of Rocker Arm.

•Description: It is an oscillating lever that conveys radial movement from the cam lobe into linear movement at the poppet valve to open it. One end is raised and lowered by a rotating lobe of the camshaft either directly or via a tappet and push rod while the other end acts on the valve stem.

•Project 02: Slag Granulation in Blast Furnace.

•Description: It is obtained by quenching molten iron slag from a blast furnace in water or steam, to produce a glassy granular product that is then dried and ground into a fine powder.
