Currently working in TII TECHNO TESTING SERTVICES PVT LTD as TEST ENGINEER in padappai.(jan'15 to present)

• Testing of metals & nonmetals, in Universal testing machine (Highly Computerized UTM with MTS TEST WORKS 4 Software, MTS,USA) like Tensile strength, Yield strength,0.2%,Proof Stress, %Elongation, %Reduction Area, Compression strength.

• Welder qualification Test as per standard ASME SEC IX.

• Special Tests like KIC-Fracture Toughness Test As per ASTM E399, Durability Test, High Cycle Fatigue Test, Low Cycle Fatigue Test and Endurance Test for components in both axial and rotational direction .( MTS 250 kN Servo Hydraulic Machine, MTS 215.51 Rotary Actuator With MTS Multipurpose Elite Software).

• Testing of Bend Tests such as 3 point Bend Test & 4 point Bend Test to metals and non metals.

• Experienced in hand held instruments like portable hardness, XRF analyzer.

• Then allocating the task to workers and finally check the finished materials has been done as per the drawings to give assurance for galvanizing and to ensure that material has been galvanized properly then once again check thematerial standards, coating thickness etc then will give call offer to third party inspector for dispatching the materials.
