(Established new standard to achieve effective KPI’s/ Gold Certification in 3 Pillar. Resulting my group/working area

also recognized/contributed in 3 Pillar activities to become choice of AP region number one plant).

2) Improve Bottle neck line productivity from 89% to 92%

(Increased the OA of the machine; reduced line Fatique, conducted cost reduction and Tool life improvement,

Eliminated 3M’s, Eliminate rejection by introducing Poka-Yoke, Line balancing, 5s improvement and Sustained).

1) Introduced Risk Mitigation System on labor shortage in shop floor through Genba skill development
