• Performed first-line performance monitoring of regional cell sites nationwide for the Sprint Network Vision Project. Verified that sites functioned normally. • Analyzed and processed cell site performance data for the Sprint CDU30 Project to determine health of cell sites. Analyzed and recorded results of 6 key performance indicators: peak upload data throughput, peak download data throughput, round trip time, connection setup, call connection to the LTE/RAN network, and handover testing while driving in the CCW and CW directions. Collaborated with Drive Test Coordinators and the Radio Frequency Lead Engineer on various market tests and identified underperforming sites that were fixed within 24-hours, re- tested and confirmed to be functionally ready for commercial use.
