o Concept design as per Gauge Locate Layout, Fixture validation, Clamping sequence, design validation.

o Total weight consideration for Robot handling & Payload Calculation. o 3D Design and 2D detailing according to the standards. o 3D & 2D Quality Checking & Confirmation.

o Pneumatic Circuit creation of the designed Jig.
