KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide the required operational support, relationships, services and monitor the outstanding balances.

Performance, workloads, staff resources, and MRs-related business processes and functions.

Follow up implementations for new or existing products, understand the basic technical functions and identify the weaknesses and strength.

Follow up with the branch managers in respect of premium collection and monitor the outstanding balance.

Generate regular two-way communication with the Chief S&M on performance, workloads, staff resources, and MRs-related business processes and other functions.

Carries out all operational aspects in respect of receiving the proposal forms and upload of data in U/W portal for quotation purposes.

Follow up with Underwriting Dept the issuance of the insurance policies and provide to clients.

Review the operational records and reports to Branch Sales and determine an understanding of operation information and plans.

Comply with SAMA, CCHI Regulation.

Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices

Establish documentation systems and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

Ensure the Section's operation tasks and operation

Find ways to increase quality of customer service Skills

Excellent Team Player &Leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure.

IT skills including experience in Microsoft Office.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Initiative with a high level of energy.

Ability to develop the business.
