● Arranging all the stocks in the shelves and in the selling, area making it sure that everything is in its places for the opening of the store.
● Meet and greet each customer with a smile that comes inside the shop providing an eye to eye contact and making them feel welcome in your shop.
● Ask customers for what she needs, for who she needs it or if she has any specific things in mind. Do suggestive selling.
● Introduce the slow-moving items at all times and try to have multiple sales at a time.
● Explain the product information such as the materials used or where it is made from. You must know your product at all times. Product knowledge is a Power as they say.
● Convinced her to try the items if it is for her so she could see how it would look on her when she wears it. It often looks better when worn than when hanged.
● When she finally decided to buy the item, we do the transactions by taking their names and mobile numbers so we could inform them for the upcoming promotions or new collections.
● As she finished, we send her in the front door thanking her with a smile on our faces for her purchases and asking her to come back again next time with her friends.
● At night we do our Daily Sales Journal, sending emails and Daily Reports for the managers.
● Lastly in closing the shop, making sure all the wire and switches are turn off to avoid electrical problems. Making it sure that all the doors are closed. REYGIE V. CANONEO
