I am a hard-working and determined professional seeking an opportunity to succeed in a dynamic company such as yours. I heard about the vacancy from an online jobsite. I have acquired an in-depth experience of a multitude of tasks. These include not only duties expected of an Executive Secretary but also much experience in the field of Administration, Management and Purchasing.

As Executive Secretary to the Executive Chef of the hotel I am currently employed in, I have been entrusted to carry out duties without supervision. It is important for someone in my position to take initiative to appreciate that my scope of work is not limited to merely assisting the Executive Chef in organizing his daily schedule and activities. I also keep the Executive Chef abreast of all pertinent information on which pivotal decisions are based such as hotel schedule of events, overall revenue reports of hotel outlets, in room dining issues, hotel occupancy reports etc. Aside from this, I also assist the Executive Chef in managing the manpower of the culinary department. It is not merely monitoring and managing the schedules of department heads that I have been given a free hand at, but resolving conflicts involving issues and staff has also been part of my daily responsibilities. I have knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office as well as the Oracle MC software. I can work with minimum supervision and very reliable in meeting deadlines. I am assigned to attend daily meetings with the department heads and record the minutes of the meetings. Communication: I keep documentations updated and edit formats of communication templates. I handle correspondences internal and communications outside the company. I am also capable of preparing g memo drafts as required.

I have spent more than 10 years as an Executive Assistant enhancing my expertise in the aforementioned fields and would like to take it to the next level.
