RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensured that all items received/removed from aircraft are identified/classified from its original assembly.

• As per Unserviceable component are being checked thorough, if repairable or not. If item is able to repair. Following process is a must:

1. Check if capability is established under the approval of Quality Control with the approval of DGCA in system. 2. If No capability, component is being sent outside for Beyond Local Repair (BLR). Or component IS BEYOND LOCAL REPAIR (BLR) FOR SCRAP.

3. If Yes capability, component is being repaired under its COMPONENTS MAINTENANCE MANUAL CMM. a. Confirm CMM is on current revision as per manufactured and compare to sheet of ITEM identified for history of unserviceable. If sheet is not the same with the system, UPDATE the information.

b. Once unserviceable component is established, proceed with the test, disassembly, cleaning, assembly, (repair), Inspection, Storage protection. 4. Each component tag as BLR, BER, SERVICEABLE, once finished, is being sent to designated section/department.

• AOG component is consider urgent and must put to an attention to provide its purpose.

• Receiving combustible item and storage them on designated location
