2017 Over the three years of studying hospitality management I’ve gained a lot of experience in cooking and in working in the kitchen because we would also cook for guest. I also worked part time at kia ora lodge in Pretoria central as a house keeper.

2018 I have worked in a commercial foodservice establishment, at TUT’s restaurant “Denisburg” and I have gained a lot of experience while working at the hospitality department’s kitchen as well.

QUALIFICATION

I’m doing my final year in hospitality management, still on the process to obtain my national diploma.

Organisation

I’m a responsible person; I can finish my tasks without supervision only if I’m provided with the resources to carry my assignment. I’m also opening minded and flexible, always ready to tackle challenges and come up with solutions.
