Provide oversight of construction and rehab efforts, including budget variance, subcontract crew management, quality control, and timeline management. Ensure that all tasks are carried out and that the project is progressing according to plan while maintaining a safe environment. • Oversee full restoration of a 125 year old residential project in Pomona.

• Prepare sketches and follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.

• Yorba Linda High School - Served as Carpenter General Foreman for $4M ground up build. Managed 50+ commercial carpenters, tapers, laborers, and insulators, and tracked employee time and work codes for payroll. Performed weekly safety meetings and ensured the crew's day to day safety compliance with zero incidents. Generated material orders from blueprints, placed orders according to scheduling, and placed materials in work areas to accelerate productivity times. Tracked all RFI, As Builds, and Inspection Requests, oversaw Quality Control with zero punch list responsibilities during close out process., and drove project to stay well under budget.

• San Bernardino County Court – Carpenter Field Foreman for $20M ground up build. Oversaw the 2d floor and core consisting of all elevators and stairwells from basement to eleventh floor. Supervised 4 – 30 carpenters along with laborers and tapers. Mitigated numerous issues that existed before framing had even started, resulting in the 2d floor being first to be completed in building with zero punch list responsibilities and zero safety incidents.

• Long Beach State University, Marine Biology Building – Field Foreman for $4.5M ground up build.

• Apple Store in Santa Monica, CA – Field Foreman for a $4M retail project.

• Served as Lead and Journeyman Commercial Carpenter on numerous other projects which included ground up, remodels, tenant improvements (TIs), and As Builds of schools (both public and private, elementary – college), movie theatres, performing arts centers, athletic venues, and amusement parks. JOURNEYMAN COMMERCIAL CARPENTER

Constructed, erected, installed, and repaired structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, metal studs, and drywall using carpenter's hand tools and power tools making sure to conform to local building codes. Fit and installed window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenters level, plumb bob, and laser levels. Erected scaffolding, ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
