Conrad Cairo Hotel & Casino (Luxury Hotel) – Director Of Finance o Conrad Cairo, a flagship luxury hotel of 614 rooms, 7 restaurants and 11 meeting rooms of an annual business volume of LE 500+ M.

o Managed a team of 63, with turn over less than 2% over 4 years. o Achieved departmental leadership index of 89% in Employee Opinion Survey (GTMS). o Scored audit results of 95+% over 4 consuctive years to reach 100% on 2018. o Reduced the outstanding amount on credit records by 35% over 2 years (2018-2019). o Managed to finalize pending taxes conflicts of LE 25+M since year 2013 o Collaberate closely with the Executive Committee/Hotel General Manager and Regional office during COVID-19 Crisis to provide tight cost control and accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals within the hotel.
