As a Logistics Officer I was overall responsible for Logistics process for the company’s Central Service center and I ensure that all aspects of Customer Service, Procurement, logistics & warehouse & Delivery teams are working together to achieve company’s Goal. I manage people, process and system in order to ensure that the goods are received and dispatched efficiently, and productivity targets are achieved. I ensure the proper procurement planning & oversees the Receipt, Storage, Dispatch, Material handling, Transportation and Customer service.

Oversees the movement of IN-OUT Material in the Warehouse.

Control the flow of incoming raw material and Outgoing finish goods to ensure the customer get the products on time.

Ensure the stock control system is updated & make sure the inventory is accurate.

Produce various regular reports on statistics on daily, weekly & Monthly basis.

Organizing the staff recruitment, providing them proper training and monitoring their progress and performance& take disciplinary action.

Motivate and encourage the teamwork within workforce to ensure that the productivity targets not only met but exceeds.

Negotiate the shipping & supply cost & ensure the efficient supply chain system.

Liaise with customers, Suppliers, Vendors, Freight forwarder, Port & Custom Authority related to supply chain process.

Create Shipment's Documents and ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations.

Categorize shipments according to a tariff coding system.

Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs.

Respond to and deal with customer’s communication by email and telephone and face to face meeting.

Ensure the timely Maintenance of Machinery, Equipment’s & Vehicle.

Ensure the proper health safety environment in and around the working area.

Create and implement necessary SOPs & work practices to run a new key account.

Achieve and report strict KPIs.

Ensure daily delivery targets met by in-house delivery team.

Identify loopholes and ensure delivery percentage is met as per company standards in all regions.

Daily follow-up with each delivery guy to ensure they are on the field.
