• Manage port brokers to assure prompt processing of incoming shipments from UK, Germany, and Costa Rica factories.

• Point-of-contact for inquiries on all product lines. o Generate quotations

o Forward Sales Leads to applicable Outside Sales Manager o Expedite delivery of all product lines.

o Manage loan inventory requests and returns for Sales and Service Departments 1984 to 2005: Customer Service / Service / Exhibit Logistics

• Initial point-of-contact for all incoming Camera Robotic Systems Sales / Field Service queries.

• Manage US inventory of finished product & replacement parts. o Crucial to determining accurate delivery dates applicable to quotations.

• Schedule visits for Service Technicians.

• Manage loaner equipment inventory and requests.

• Assess needs and marshal resources for all trade shows. o Includes managing contractors / employee labor for exhibit booth structure I&D. o Provision booth with office services / supplies & refreshments. o Manage dispensation / return and secure inventory control of all product utilized in-booth and with partner exhibitors.
