Upon collecting check package after its review from Production Planning office, segregate task cards as per trades, zones and check sequence. Check sequencing starts from pre- docking de-paneling (Access Panel Open / Close List / Task Card) (Issued by Technical Services Dept.) until close up, functional, Engine ground Run, and Certificate of Release to Service. Load task cards onto Job Card Loading Board in accordance to Trades, zones and check sequence. Check sequencing of cards will be done as per phase, zone, trade and day to day basis with the consent of CM.

Upon receiving the accepted and approved task cards, load in the ERP and activate ERP before commencement of maintenance task.

To maintain and update check progress through progress report, check cards accomplished, major events, AOG situations, AOG spares etc. (refer Customer Minutes of Meeting and then send Daily Progress Report along with IRC Listing)

Monitor critical activities that could affect the check and take corrective action.

Check completed cards after AME has signed and stamped. Accept and control completed task cards and Inspection Report Cards (IRCs) into completed package. Check that all tasks in task cards and Inspection Report Cards (IRCs) are accomplished by ensuring all entries are completed and signed, dated and approval stamp applied. Air Works India Engineering Private Limited :- 16-Jan-2014 to (Present Date) Air Works is India’s first independent Airline MRO with approvals from regulatory authorities EASA, DGCA, CAAS, QCAA, CARC, GCAA, CAASL, GACA, for approvals of handling Base and line checks for various Aircraft types. Base check approvals for handling Airbus A319/A320/A321, Boeing 737-NG series (600/700/800/900/900ER), and ATR 42/72 family of Aircrafts and Line Maintenance approvals for handling Boeing-777F, Boeing-787, Airbus-A320 & A330 Normal & Cargo.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Designation: Junior Engineer (Production Planning)

Review maintenance/ component input work packages received from Customer to identify material requirements, tooling and equipments and any materials or tool shortages, coordinate with Procurement Team for provisioning of the same .

Coordinate with Avionics/NDT/Structures for shop work activities and prepare interim documents in order to ensure that they are properly informed of the requirements, tasks, component/material provisioning and generate daily work status report to concerned managers.

Co-ordinate with Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for smooth check progress and with Stores Inspector for timely provisioning of spares and to monitor progress & facilitate ongoing maintenance inputs by providing timely loading of spares & paperwork for non routine findings, as necessary.

Final audit of work package after completion of Maintenance and to ensure all Routine Task Cards, NRC’s, Customer work request work orders are tallied before CRS is signed and after CRS closed, ensure all regulatory requirements are met, close the visit-package in the ERP system. (Ramco ERP System).

Review the daily checks activities and prioritise & sequence for optimum productivity. Allocate Planning Assistants in order to ensure effective support and utilization for different tasks relating to daily check e.g. spares collection, document preparation and return items etc.

Responsible for the life cycle of each Maintenance Project, including pre-input and daily production meeting, customer co-ordination for additional work approval and rotables/spares availability.
