Served as a legal representative to manage, direct, and coordinate all activities of a $5 billion relationship between the trustee, Chase Bank of Texas, and the investors represented in four portfolios of collateralized loan obligations (CLO’s). Area of responsibility included analyzing and interpreting terms of the indenture; analyzing and determining value of assets; collecting, allocating, and reconciling cash disbursements; reviewing accounts to determine whether disbursements meet predetermined schedules; insuring compliance with established procedures and practices; and reviewing transactions and compiling required and specialized reports. Interacted with the issuer of the CLO, Vice President of Capital Markets, Vice President of Group/Securities, loan managers, CLO investors, traders, and collateral managers at the brokerage houses.

Negotiated pricing and outlined Chase’s role as trustee in three complex CLO relationships

Participated in the liquidation of a $6 billion CLO transaction, one of the largest in the world at that time.
