Alsouhub international Company works with the Environment Public Authority to examine and match incoming and exported chemicals abroad in cooperation with the General Customs Authority, Examination and conformity of chemicals and their compliance with safety and reviewing all the papers related to this treatment and ensuring that they are on the system and conducting a physical examination for it and taking a sample of the material and sending it to the laboratory for chemical examination.

Responsibility of a chemist:

Maintain water qualities of boiler plant, distillation plant, DM plant, re-carbonation plant, sea water and outlet.

Maintain chemical dosing in boilers, distillers, cooling water system and sea water etc.

Preparation of various chemical reagents as per ASTM standers such as oxalic acid, sodium thiosulphate solution, acids, alkalis, TPTZ solution, iodine solution, potassium dichromate solution.

Preparation of various indicator solutions.

Calibration of PH and conductivity instrument.

Various analytical tests per as ASTM standards such as:

Measurement of the viscosity, density, flash point, sediment and water content of the oil samples

Daily analysis of boiler plant samples, pH measurement, electrical conductivity, hydrazine, chloride, silica, ammonia, copper, iron and Turbidity measurement.

Daily analysis of distillate plant samples, pH measurement, electrical conductivity and chloride.

Daily analysis of Re-carbonation plant samples pH measurement, electrical conductivity, alkalinity, total dysfunction and calcium deficiency.

Determination of copper, iron, calcium hardness, total hardness, chlorides, silicates, ammonia, hydrazine the etc.

Acidity and alkalinity of sample; Conductivity and PH measurement.
