I was worked in M/s. Snowcem India Ltd, (ISO -9002) in the year December- 1995 to May - 2003 (7 years 6 months) at Gummidipoondi near chennai. They are Manufacturing Exterior Paints; Here My Job was in Stores cum Dispatch Department Worked as a SR.EXECUTIVE STORES.

I was worked in M/s. KUMUDAM PUBLICATION PVT. LTD at Chennai in the year May- 2003 to Mar – 2006 (2 years 10 months). Here my job was in stores Department Worked as a STORES OFFICER.

Present Employment:

April’06 I have joined in M/s. AQUA DESIGNS INDIA LIMITED (Water and Waste Water Project Concern at Chennai. Here my functional Inventory / Logistics area as a MANAGER STORES CUM LOGISTICS. Co-ordinate with all project site Stores Team (All over India).

Job Description : Primary Responsibilities

Efficiently handled warehouse inventory and personnel

Created a centralized management system to log inventory and supplies

Inventory Controlling and maintaining Stocks, replenishments, supervising, and housekeeping

Monitoring, Planning, Implementation & Inventory Control Of Raw Material, Spares, and Packing Materials & Consumables.

Loss Prevention, Safety and security of Stores, stocks etc.

Controllable Expenses in terms if indenting, available materials and investment in infrastructure.

Checking accuracy of inwards and outwards

Indenting and material planning

Provided coding algorithms and policies to easily categorize and tag each supply or component

Reconciliation of inventory post stock taking on a monthly basis for critical items and quarterly for all items

Inventory Management in fully Computerized Environment.

Monitoring & Tracking of RGP Status every Week

Preparation of project wise and monthly stock statements with valuation for bank, Insurance.

Responsible for Inventory management, material movement/ware housing and stores accounting.

Analysis and disposal of non-moving and slow moving inventories.

Disposal & sale of scrap and waste materials

Reconciliation of material with sub-contractor

Maintain the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

Planning to take back the balance materials from completion projects with EAC & Project team supports
