1. Executing of structural work such as footing, Columns, Re-walls, slabs.

2. Executing of external development work of buildings such as compound walls .

3. Executing of finishing work of buildings such as block work, plastering, marble works, granite flooring, kota flooring, dry cladding, water proofing, false ceiling, tiles and painting works..

4. Quality checking’s of materials and site testing.

5. Preparing the subcontractor bills.

6. Coordinating with clients for the final checkup of works.

7. Submissions of daily progress reports, liaising with client for early completion of works with standard specification and quality.

8. Site execution of all related civil works.

9. Handover of Ready Flats to clients .& Resolve problems/ Observation of clients.
