Brief Outline of Job Responsibilities
Coordinate the HSE activities among the various sites in Bahrain by regular site visits at all location. Checking the day to day activities of the sites and ensure they are complaint solving the issues and client procedures. rules and regulations
Implement the company management systems across the company premises’ and ensure that they are fully followed and understood among the workforce.
Impart training to staff and employees on all safety and quality issues.
Conduct Weekly/monthly safety tool box meeting.
Coordinate between the client and the management on health and safety issues
Prepare monthly safety KPI,
Fully implement the safety procedures in the company.
Prepare of JSA as per the scope of work and ensure that the controls are implemented at site.
Liaison with clients on various HSE related issues and solving them.
Take part in Kick off Meeting with client and make sure that the project proceeds as per plan
Involve in quality inspection of materials.
Organize and arrange safety campaigns in the company and with various clients.
Actively take part in client meeting by giving presentations and awareness hazard.
Prepare for regional and group HSE audits and ensure all the action points are dealt with in a timely manner.
Review the entire documentations related to the company procedures and ensure changes are effected effectively.
Advise the company proactively in all Quality, Health, and Safety & Environmental issues. Declaration:
