Production/Plant Manager Morgan Services December 2019-August 2019

Started as Washroom Supervisor, over 5 staff personnel, consisting of three different nationalities. Promoted to Production Supervisor. Duties included the supervision of the Wash and Dry area, and the entire Ironing and linen processing departments. Including the Supervision of 45 team members consisting of five different nationalities. Exceeded efficiency ratings for all departments and helped achieve production bonuses for all staff. Spent the last three months as the Shipping Supervisor to help turn that department around from previous mis-management. Ensuring that all customers received their requested products in a timely manner. Reorganized the Shipping Depart and Drivers to produce a more efficient operating platform.

USF Holland Trucking April 2018 -December 2019

Outbound Operations Supervisor, supervising 87 Union employees as a non-union supervisor. Received promotion to the Inbound Operations Supervisor. As outbound supervisor responsible for the loading of all outbound loads for the terminal, strict attention to load weights, and guaranteed deliveries to specific locations. While serving as Inbound Supervisor, was responsible for the setting of the operational plan for the entire day for the terminal, as well as making sure all loads were routed properly and scheduled to meet established delivery times according to customer availability.

Started with company, selling electric light conversions to L.E.D retrofits, later moved into the position of selling complete HVAC, Plumbing and electric solutions to new construction opportunities. Created, designed and put in place every aspect of a new division for an existing company (Holter Scanning Service). Responsible for all marketing tools, and product roll out into the marketplace. Responsible for finding, installing, and maintaining initial accounts through the growth period. Generated business in the clinical research market as well for the company. By dealing with all phase 1-4 labs across the world. Also completed in several through QTc studies as well for many pharma sponsors. Submitted information to the ECG warehouse upon conclusion of the ECG portion of the study. Was one of only 13 certified ECG core labs across the world to send and receive critical ECG data to the FDA for the support of pharma clinical trials.
