Two handed process analysis on Xiaomi Focusing machine and improved handling method of that station thereby improved productivity from 210 nos/hours 260 nos/hour.

Spaghetti chart analysis in OQC checking area & Find out an unwanted movement of man and material & those unwanted movement eliminate by layout modification and line balancing thereby improving the productivity from 15k to 23k/shift.

Ergonomics study conducted on AFC machine & find out operator severe extending when placing the output module on the tray. This problem has eliminated by rearranging workplace organization thereby improving handling time and increase the productivity from 700 nos to 800 nos/hour.
