EVALUATION AND TRAINING DEVELOPMENT, 2018 – 2020
Serves a key role as one third of the founders that established and managed the program. Focuses on delivering quality support and intervention for at risk inner-city male youths. Consistently assess the results of the program to identify areas needing improvement to increase positive outcomes for programs participants. Maintains performance of all staff by conducting training and evaluation of all efforts of staff, mentors and volunteers. Actively reaches male populations with the use and incorporation of the programs throughout the USA and other countries. Additional duties include managing training budgets. Provided referrals to therapists and psychologists as needed to assure comprehensive service.
Strengthens connection to the community by collaborating with The National Conflict Resolution Center on restorative justice programs in various schools
Empowers youth through linking them with positive resources such as San Diego Youth, Job Corps, and various junior colleges to assist in achieving goals

Conceptualized and executed a successful program tailored to the specifications of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Managed a small staff of 15 employees while ensuring that the Boys to Men Program remained current with all compliance standards.
Conceptualized and instituted an in-school mentor modal that was recognized and used across 13 cities in the United States and 9 other cities throughout the world
Connected with young males across various high schools and middles throughout the areas to serve as a source of support and resources when in need
Facilitated workshops to increase community involvement and engagement
Created a productive environment by establishing and implementing policies regarding hiring, ethics and accountability.
