Identify the joints with reference to PWHT request and the latest revision Isometric drawings before requesting to PWHT Technicians.

Preparing PWHT request, RFI, charts and reports. Maintaining PWHT daily activity records, PWHT equipment calibration reports. Verify the Joint in report, chart as per the request and duly signed by Technician and the inspector who performed the activity.

Ensure and review the PWHT machines are in proper condition and with calibration reports and calibration stickers.

Coordinating with the electrical department and the site coordinator for proper plugging of cables, electric outputs and PWHT equipment shifting to different location.

Coordinating with PWHT inspector at various stages of PWHT activities.

Verification for Proper barricade is done during PWHT process prior to start activity.

Submission of reports & records of PWHT performed at site for approval from client and maintaining proper quality control documentation.

Day to day planning and proper verification of PWHT activities at site.

Reviewing the final reports and submitting to the clients.

Responsible for maintaining reports as per procedure and ITP.
