Issuance of Form-III to the newly engaged Contractor.

After necessary formalities and documentation, issue gate pass to Contractor.

Assisting Contractor for getting license through Shram Suvidha Portal.

Regular on site interaction with contract labour and handled their grievances if any.

Work as single point of contact between workmen & management.

Monthly checking of Contractors resisters like resister of Wages, Muster roll, advance etc.

Checking of PF, ESIC challans and individual contribution summary according to wages resisters.

Responsible for overall administration of Contract Labours.

Statutory Compliance:

Responsible for maintaining of statutory registers and record under several acts.

Responsible for timely submission of statutory challan, returns etc under various act.

Handled different inspection by Central Labour Enforcement Officer(LEO), District Labour Comissioner,Jajpur, ALO, Jajpur, CICG inspection by Govt. of Odisha etc.
