ACADEMIC PROJECT:

TITLE: Tribological Evaluation Of Nano (CuO) Based Bio-degradable Refrigeration Oil using Fourball Tribometer.

Summary: This is a type of oil used in the Refrigeration compressor system. The blend oil is prepared by the Ultrasonication process. The frictional Behaviour of the oil is found out using Fourball Tribometer. Its is clear form the EDS analysis that the iron content in the Blend oil is increased (I.e) material loss is decreased. As the result from the wear check Blend oil matches the properties of synthetic oil.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Done a internship in KKR Metal Components and gained knowledge in CNC machining and used various gauges.

Done some Freelancing Design and Analysis work.

Participated and won 3rd prize in project expo in virunchikaa.

Participated and won prizes in drawing competition at school level.

Attended many workshops based on automobile and design (GOODWIN MOTORS,AXIS DESIGN,DESIGN OF EXPERIMENT & AUTOSPARK).

Started Youtube channel to share my Knowledge (CREO) with others. DECLARATION
