Description:

On-Line Document Viewer -

All the documents used by the Agents would be available in one repository under various Menus/ Sub-Menus. Each Menu would give a preview of the documents available in a Carousel view for ease of use. An Admin Module is provided to help ACE Life upload their documents into the respective Menus/ Sub-Menus.

ACE Life, Hong Kong, Phase 1 & 2

ACE Life, Hong Kong is the second country where FES is being rolled out. A Pre-launch - a prelude to the actual roll-out was done in August, 2012, where 3 financial calculators and the off-line Document Viewer was delivered and is currently being used by 400+ Agents in Hong Kong. The Modules planned for Phase 1 Stage 1 are as follows:

1. E-Application - On-Line submission of an application from the Agent's i-Pad. This is similar to a proposal form, where some information is populated from the quote already filled in by the prospect. The other information required to process an application form is collected in this E-App Module under various groups. The information thus collected is submitted to the back-end system of ACE Life using ACORD Standards. The Customer's and Agent's signature is collected as part of this e-application.

2. Financial Need Analysis (FNA)

The FNA provides a snapshot of the projected Financial Needs of the customer over a period of time. Based on the needs, an analysis can be done by the Agent and accordingly suggest various insurance products to suit the customer. FNA has five Financial calculators built into it.

3. Financial Calculators (7 different calculators)

These would be a prelude to the FNA. Each calculator has a separate set of calculation logic built into it. The end result would be the projected income/ need/ goal of the customer over a period of time. Each need of the customer (Education, Savings, Investment) is provided as a separate calculator.

4. Customer Management

Customer management is a system for managing an agent interactions with current and future customers. The goal of the system is to track, record, store in databases, and then data mine the information in a way that increases customer relations. So the Current Customer would be able to get or change their product details from the database, eliminating the need to re-enter any data.

5. Policy Management

By entering the Policy Number in Policy Management Module, the customer will get the policy data, including policy type, price and payment status.
