2.Manage Petty Cash and send cash statement to H.O for approval
3.Managing bank related works like self cheque withdrawal, monthly statements
4.Responsible for verifying regarding cash on hand with AM/PM
5.Preparing labor contractor bills and checking.
6.Sending labor advance requirement biweekly to H.O
7.Sending Staff and department labor attendance statement to H.O for salary.
8.Checking Labor bills with haajri slips as per site records.
9.Responsible for local purchase & guest house agreements etc.
10.Maintaining ledger of all vendors and suppliers and tracking their payment status.
11.Responsible for sending new joinee application Biodata & other documents to H.O
12.Checking Vendor code on all bills & asking new vendor code for new parties
13.Responsible for sending proforma Invoice for any advance payment
14.Responsible for checking Statutory document like labor license validity & submitting to licensing officer for renewals
15.Responsible for checking statutory document like BOCW validity & submitting to licensing officer for extended.

17.Responsible for checking insurances, validity and any modification requirements.
18.Labor law related documents & registers. PF/ESIC list to be sent to HO every month.
19.Responsible for verifying all statutory compliance with client’s HR official.
