• Manage the Project Admin., day to day needs, preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing minutes etc.

• Arrange & coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence.

• Maintain/ updated records of all project related documents and drawings in the system and their distribution clearly.

• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
