• Led the standup of a new SecOps team from scratch, starting with two people growing to 10 and starting with only a compliance team and growing to Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management and SIEM Management.

• Developed strategy that pushed Security Operations team from Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 0 – Ad Hoc to Level 3 – Defined, in six months rather than the initial estimate of one year.

• Managed the per annum reduction of 65% of vulnerability footprint, exceeding goal of 50% reduction.

• Represented PGE in a STEM teaching curriculum teaching physics to fourth grade students, and biology and ecology to fifth grade classes at a local Title 1 school, for five years.
