Update LHC2 Flare Model using Aspen Flarenet by re-evaluating scenarios, verifying relief devices as built installation, and simulating various zones for worse cases scenarios.

Generate accurate isometric drawings, per LHC2 as built piping network, for modeling of the river water network capabilities.

Support LHC2 LTE PID markups initiative with field verification of tie points, equipment trim spec, nozzles locations, and piping layout.

Lead field support and verifications at LHC2 for Chennai Engineering Center detail design team.

Lead and coordinate Houston Dow Center Process Engineers plant visits at LHC2 for field walks. PRD Engineer & Inspector for LAO, GBO, SCO, Amerchol, & Seadrift Jan 2006 – Jan 2019

Finalized all 200+ relief design scenarios, calculations, and documentation and GMISS registrations for CME project at LHC3 in 2016.

Led inspection strategy to complete registration, commissioning, and startup of relief devices for several blocks within LAO such as for Poly D in 2018 (400+) and Poly B Train 3 in 2018 (250+).

Supported Glycol 2 LOPA Revalidation for effluent screening analysis and GMISS Registration update.

Inspected of all new relief devices and existing including piping and gate valves associated with relief devices.

Verified Global Work Process & GMISS compliance for existing and new site construction, using hydraulic calculation, evaluation of overpressure scenarios, field inspection of as built, and gap closures.

Confirmed compliance of vessels and equipment to ASME and API codes.

Interacted closely with MIEFA (Mechanical Integrity Equipment File Administrator), Mechanical Integrity Technologist Leader, and Valve Shop Work Coordinator to ensure compliance is met.

Executed emergency inspections for startup activities.

Trained onsite personnel to assist with inspections during high workload.

Cooperated directly with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Construction Management, SME Leaders, Discipline Leads, Maintenance, Process Engineers, Run Plant Engineer, TICA Engineer, Process Safety, Production Leader, and Operations.

Intervened, reported, and followed up on safety hazards / process safety during daily activities. (Ex. Process near miss). Scribe assessments studies (HAZOPs/PHAs and LOPAs to identify potential process hazards).
