• Helps ER/LR Supervisor to create and develop a sustainable employee engagement strategies or activities to downscale the turnover and grievances of employees;

• Spearhead company activities towards smooth execution that will be beneficial to all employees;

• Discuss the content of the contracts to the newly hired employees for their awareness on how to perform their duties and responsibilities;
